Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn apparel back in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
